Sustainable Workplace Ambassadors Program (SWAP)
Western's Sustainable Workplace Ambassadors Program (SWAP) is a campus-wide initiative created to engage staff and faculty members on various sustainability-related topics such as waste reduction and circularity, energy conservation, engaging with nature, and more!
SWAP's Goals:

- Connect with members of the campus community
- Empower staff and faculty to be sustainability leaders and champions within their workplaces and across campus
- Help create a culture of sustainability across campus through everyday actions and collective impact
SWAP focuses on the individual impact participants can have when it comes to sustainable behaviours, as well as community impact we can have as a network of employees.
All Western staff and faculty employees are eligible to join SWAP, at any point through the year. Click the link below to join!
